This solution presents a fully automatic aluminum anodizing production line with a stable output of 500 tons per month, exclusively designed for surface treatment of solar panel aluminum frames. The line is tailored for 6063 and 6061 photovoltaic-grade aluminum profiles, supporting standardized mass production of three mainstream colors: bronze, champagne, and black.
Adopting a vertical hanging continuous operation structure, the production line supports both large-batch standardized production and flexible small-batch customized color switching. With highly uniform anodized film, precise color difference control and outstanding outdoor weather resistance, it fully complies with international photovoltaic industry standards and meets the long-term anti-corrosion, appearance consistency and high-stability requirements for solar frame outdoor applications.
This production line adopts industry-standard sulfuric acid anodizing + electrolytic coloring technology. Different from conventional organic dyeing, electrolytic coloring forms stable metal compound deposition layers inside oxide film pores, delivering higher substrate adhesion, superior UV resistance and long-term weather resistance.
The finished frames can withstand 25 years of outdoor exposure without fading, blooming, peeling or cracking. The entire production process adopts multi-stage graded water rinsing and closed-loop pure water circulation treatment, effectively eliminating cross-contamination, surface watermarks, stains and color inconsistency to ensure high and stable product qualification rate.
The production workflow adopts a standardized and optimized combination of professional pre-treatment, independent electrolytic coloring and integrated post-sealing processes, targeting the unique coloring characteristics of champagne, bronze and black solar frames.

This fully automatic anodizing line is equipped with a high-precision gantry hanging conveying system, perfectly matching 6-8 meter long solar aluminum frame profiles. It adopts three independent dedicated coloring tanks for champagne, bronze and black respectively, realizing fast color switching without tank cleaning.
The complete supporting systems include constant temperature control, high-precision DC rectification, pure water supply and environmental protection waste treatment, ensuring long-term stable mass production, consistent product quality and full environmental compliance.
All process tanks are fabricated with thick industrial anti-corrosion PP plates, featuring acid and alkali resistance, anti-aging performance and zero leakage. Each functional tank is equipped with professional circulating filtration, automatic stirring and constant temperature control devices to stabilize tank solution indicators.
